Hmm I wonder who the lawyer was that was being said was going to represent this McDonald guy? I heard it was the current Apache County Supervisor. Now that just can't be can it? Wouldn't there be some conflict of interest with a lawyer representing a client before the courts he oversees the budget for?? Or would there be another conflcit with the Attorney office in which this lawyer oversees the budget also?
Just how many cases has this lawyer handled in Apache County before the County Courts while sitting as a elected official overseeing this other departments funds??

The high judge and County Attorney should be looking into this.

Looks like ACSO isnt afraid to bust meth labs.

Yet NCSO is out writing traffic tickets. You see them all over now hiding along the roadway nowdays, looking for speeders. I guess this is how KC wants to get noticed for his re-election... busting pot smokers and writing traffic tickets instead of going out, finding the meth labs, meth heads, and taking them down.

Yes, it's about time they got a source, instead of just the users.

But, and I'm sure I will get flamed, I must say that this was a very poor way to protect their source.

Can't believe Dedman was able to keep this deal from unraveling at the last minute. I would have figured somebody would have snuck a phone call or two out to the offenders and told them to peel out. Nice job tho to all involved. Samantha may have a few problems ahead tho. Inside or out!

The lawyer / county official has been representing Mr McDonald son for years for drug problems - Yes someone should look in too this -

Also have heard he helped move all of Mr McDonald's mothers property into Mr McDonalds name prior to her death so Mr McDonald would inherit everything. This was not a trivial amount. Although most went to McDonald and his son's problems.

Yes - the relationship with the lawyer is quite fishy

Yes - the should be investigate heavily
