Coffee with a Cop Paul Hancock

Coffee with a Cop is a national effort to hold events that encourage citizens to get to know their local police officers. It started in 2011 with the Hawthorne, California police department and has since become an international effort under the Coffee with a Cop, Inc. a non-profit organization. The St. Johns Coffee with a Cop event was held from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the St. Johns Police Department on Oct. 2. Paul Hancock pauses his conversation with Officer Ramone Morales to show off his new, insulated “St. Johns Police Department” mug, which were given to attendees of the Coffee with a Cop event.
