With an "ask" Tech Sgt. Donna Holloway fulfilled her dream

Having signed on with the US Air Force as a young mother in 1976, Donna Holloway delayed her official entry until 1977 until her youngest attained the age of two. At age 22 she was off to Lackland in Texas for basic training. Retiring after 15 years, Holloway found her way to Show Low and served as Commander of VFW Post 9907 from 2003 to 2004.
